Sparkles is an award-winning clown whose specialty is her hilarious and whimsical magic and bubble shows! She loves making the kids laugh the whole way through! Don't miss this magical, bubblicious Summer Reading Program finale!

*This program has a 60-person maximum attendance capacity, including children and caregivers. First come, first served.
