Legendary artist Eric “KING CRE8” Walker will conduct a workshop that guides participants through the process of drawing the various fonts and or elements used in graffiti and street art. Participants will be encouraged to design their own signature, words, phrases or art elements in a graffiti style.
No prior art experience needed. This class is recommended for ages 12 to 18.
Eric "KING CRE 8" Walker have been doing art 40 years strong & continuing to do art on the scene making a difference helping others through art as therapy. In the early 80's In L.A. he made a name for himself in the art form called "Style Writing" but commonly known as "Street Art" or "Graffiti Art", I have exhibited my masterpieces in the Pasadena USC Pacific Asia Museum, California African American Museum, ESMOA, LACMA, MOCA & the GETTY Museum Research Institute permanent collection to name a few. As a commercial Artist, he has worked for clients including General Motors, Mars candy & Dodge. His canvases has appeared in music videos for Mya and Ginuwine and films such as Friday after next and Anchorman. Eric "KING CRE 8" Walker diversity embraces many styles for almost anyone and he is truly a force to be reckoned with.
