“Dig Deeper: Read, Investigate, Discover" Sparkles the Clown brings Balboa Library's Summer Reading Program performances to an uproarious grand finale as we dig deep into laughter with her interactive, hilarious and whimsical Magic and Bubbles Variety Show.  Giggles abound as some children end up inside a giant bubble!  Join us for this exciting FREE Summer Reading Program for families and children of all ages!
