San Diego Public Library is proud to partner with the City of San Diego’s Sustainability and Mobility Department for series of interactive workshops all about San Diego’s landmark 2022 Climate Action Plan. Presentation topics will cover clean energy, mobility, circular economy, and community resiliency. Whether you are new to learning about sustainability and mobility or are very passionate about tackling climate change, we welcome you in joining us!  The series will be happening from March 2023 through April 2023. For a full schedule of events, please click here.

These workshops are part of San Diego Public Library’s programming initiative Our Climate, Our Future: Our Sustainable San Diego, an all-ages series of programs focused on sustainability and climate resilience for the Spring of 2023. Full schedule of events coming soon.

Join us for the first topic, “Climate Action 101," to learn more about what San Diego is doing to respond to the climate emergency in an equitable way and how you can get involved. Did you know that San Diego has a plan to reach net zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2035? San Diego leads with bold and inclusive steps, and we need our communities' help and collaboration to do that!
