Description of Event
This is a free workshop open to San Diego County residents. This workshop will cover the topics of Fair Housing, a general overview of the screening and rental application, move in and security deposits, and things you should know about the lease agreement. The purpose of this workshop is to inform tenants and landlords about their rights and responsibilities during tenancy in order to prevent evictions.
