Event Details

The Tierrasanta Library Monthly Book Club is held every 2nd Thursday of the month from 10:00 am-11:15 pm. This month's selection is Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie. Arnold leaves his school on the Spokane Indian Reservation to attend an all-white high school where the only other Indian is the school mascot.  The novel is a unique look at one Native American boy as he attempts to break away from his traditional life and enter a new world of possibilities
