Welcome to Storytime, a free 30-45 minute interactive program that brings children’s books to life! Storytime combines the joy of reading with engaging performances, hands-on crafts, and valuable lessons. 

Join Knick and Knack this December as they share their favorite Christmas story The Littlest Reindeer by Brandi Dougherty.

Each Storytime session is a magical journey into the world of storytelling. Here’s what’s in store:

  • Interactive Book Reading: We start with a reading of a beloved children’s book, setting the stage for imagination and learning.

  • Live Performances: Two actors, Knick and Knack, bring the story to life using set pieces and props, creating an immersive and engaging experience. Characters leap off the page, captivating young minds.

  • Craft Activities: During or after the performance, kids can participate in a craft activity tied to the book’s theme. These keepsake crafts reinforce the story’s lessons and allow children to take home a piece of the magic.

  • Learning Moments: We discuss key lessons, emotions, relationships, and vocabulary from the book to encourage deeper understanding and connection.
