The Uniqueness of the San Diego RegionSan Diego County is truly unique. In the 1880s, it had the highest dam, and in 1948, the world's most powerful telescope.  This engaging show will showcase why San Diego has always been one of America's most unique counties. Presented by Dr. Philip Pryde, professor emeritus at SDSU and author of San Diego: an Introduction to the Region. Sponsored by the Friends of the Benjamin Library.
