Since 2015, the Urban Collaborative Project has been working alongside community members and stakeholders to create healthy and thriving communities.

  • Ages 13+ can reserve a ride through the Via San Diego smartphone app or by calling the service hotline at 619-413-9986.
  • Rides are FREE through the end of 2026.
  • Service hours are Monday - Friday, 7 am - 7pm.
