Event Details
Immerse yourself in the world of plant-based foods with a hands-on culinary lab. Participants work together in small groups to prepare recipes with instructional support and great community conversations about the fastest growing segment of foodservice today. Enjoy testing recipes, sampling new food products, and building your skills in plant-based culinary arts. Food handler gloves provided, hair needs to be tied back or covered, aprons are welcome!
