Program Description

Event Details

In Vietnamese tradition, the Mid-Autumn Festival, which occurs around August 15th in Lunar Calendar Year, is a festival to celebrate children of all ages. The festival will include singing and dancing acts from children and student groups, dragon dance, outdoor games, lantern competition, and a parad.  While the specific target of the event is children, the overarching purpose is to preserve and promote Vietnamese language, culture and traditions.

Stop by the Library booth to enjoy free games, prizes, and crafts!  It's going to be a blast!
