Event Details

Come join us for a special "We are the Water Protectors" Storytime and Watercolor Program. We will be reading "We are the Water Protectors" in both English and Spanish while patrons will be able to create their own watercolor fish painting. All materials will be provided. 

"We are the Water Protectors" is a beautiful story inspired by the indigenous-led movement across North America to protect our water systems and land. The illustrations are gorgeous and the story is a perfect pairing for indigenous people month and the 1book1sandiego program.
