Veronica Martzahl - Veronica is an archivist with the San Diego County Archives. She is focused on processing and promotion of official recorded records and birth, death, and marriage records. Veronica holds master’s degrees in Information Science and in history from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and worked for the Massachusetts State Archives and Tufts University prior to joining the County.

 

Kiera Sullivan - Kiera Sullivan is an archivist with the San Diego County Archives, where she manages the San Diego County Map Collection. Her interests include archival processing and description, with the end goal of enhancing the public’s access to archival collections. Prior to joining the County Archives, Kiera’s archival work took place in local government, non-profit, and higher education settings in Massachusetts and California.

 

The San Diego City Clerk's Office is celebrating archives month all throughout October with a series of lectures at San Diego Central Library and an exhibit on display at the City Administration Building.
