Event Details

Join the San Diego Wikimedians User Group to commemorate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon. All experience levels are welcome. We'll begin with a short tutorial then the editing will commence! Computers will be available or bring your own WiFi-enabled device. The event date coincides with two days after the first Japanese arrived in the continental United States in 1843 and a day before the Transcontinental Railroad was completed by Chinese labor in 1869.
