Program Description

Event Details

Join us in the PB Library's Lobby for Worldwide Knit/Crochet in Public Day, which is celebrated annually on the 2nd Saturday in June to introduce this fun and engaging activity to people of all ages and abilities.

Whip out your WIP's (works in progress), or learn the basics with a simple project. Library staff will be on hand to help newbies, with supplies and encouragement for first-time knitters or crochet-ers.  Learn how to knit or crochet a simple square, then transform it into a cute Bunny Buddy!

San Diego Public Library branded stitch markers will be available for participants, while supplies last.
