Yoga for beginners - 1 hour session

Whether you’re seeking health and joy or peace and love, whether it’s success in the world or inner exploration you’re striving for, these simple practices are designed to help you cut through the struggle and walk through life with ease. These yoga and meditation practices or technologies for wellbeing are offered free of charge and include invigorating physical postures, breathing methods and meditation. Programs are open to all ages 18+ and do not require any fitness level or previous experience of yoga.
