Event Details

On February 22, 2018, the San Diego Public Library acknowledges the accomplishments of San Diego’s Young Adult local authors with a reception, followed by the unveiling of a display of the authors’ works and a panel discussion. The public is welcome to attend, meet the authors, and stay to hear about their process and experience as young writers.

At the reception, the authors and their families will gather to view the exhibit, partake in light refreshments, and be presented with a token of recognition by a member of the Library’s Administration. The public unveiling of the exhibit will follow the reception, after which the authors in attendance will participate in a panel discussion, moderated by a special guest.

The Library would like to thank the authors for their hard work, and the community for their support of San Diego’s young adults.
