The 17th San Diego International Children’s Film Festival presents short films and animation from around the world from 10 am to 4 pm Saturday, December 4th at the San Diego Central Library in downtown San Diego. See entertaining and educational short films, with filmmakers and animators talking about their work, how they do it, and how you can do the same. Free admission for all!
