Description of Event
The pre-proposal conference is open to all organizations interested in contracting with the County of San Diego for the Achievement Centers RFP #9307. The conference will describe the process and structure of the RFP.
The Achievement Centers will serve as an alternative to detention for the community’s justice-involved youth not in compliance with the terms of their probation. The program will be restorative and help youth successfully exit the juvenile justice system while not disrupting their educational and positive community connections.
