Every other week, SDPL staff have their book reviews published in the San Diego Union Tribune followed by a video review posted on SDPL social media the following week. Watch the Behind the Desk video and receive bonus content about the book.

Librarian Angie Stava recommends Stepsister by Jennifer Donnelly, a Cinderella story spinoff featuring ugly stepsister Isabel. It's a great read for anyone who enjoys fairytale re-tellings or even stories of redemption.
