Join Mrs. Claudia for a special bilingual storytime celebrating mothers for Mother's Day on Friday, May 7th at 10am, on the SDPL Virtual Hub and SY Facebook page, as she reads Mamá and Me written by Arthur Dorros and beautifully illustrated by award-winning artist Rudy Gutierrez. A bilingual young girl and her Spanish-speaking mamá spend the day together and as they go about their various activities, the young girl demonstrates a desire to do things on her own, but also a need to stay connected to her mother and do things with her!

Special thanks to Harper Collins Publishing for allowing Mrs. Claudia to share this sweet, warmhearted picture book that reminds readers that every day with Mamá is dulce - sweet!
