Join Señor Chon on a new day, Monday, September 20th at 10 am on the SDPL Virtual Hub and SY Facebook page, as he reads What Can You Do with a Paleta? ¿Qué Puedes Hacer con una Paleta?  por Carmen Tafolla y illustraciones de Magaly Morales...in celebration of Latinx Heritage Month!

"This story takes readers on a tour of a vibrant Latino neighborhood where sweet accordion music plays, velvet roses bloom, delicious smells of buttery tortillas and juicy fruit float from windows, and children gather to buy paletas on a hot day. The bilingual lyrical prose is equally beautiful in both Spanish & English, while the bright colorful illustrations capture the look of Mexican Art."
