Description of Event
The City Mentorship program seeks to partner Opportunity Youth with City of San Diego employees for a paid, 150 hours mentorship experience. Prior to beginning this experience participants will complete 20-hours of pre-employment training that includes workshops with our training team as well as guest speakers from different organizations.
