Description of Event

Our Presentation is A/Political and Non-Partisan, to inform and educate citizens about Article V of the US Constitution, which empowers States to propose amendments to the Constitution, once 34 States vote in favor of a convention. It would be a limited convention to propose amendments to impose fiscal restraints on the Federal Government, reduce the power and jurisdiction of the Federal Government, and impose term limits on Federal officials and the Congress. This amendment method is peaceful, legal and constitutional. This program is neither sponsored nor endorsed by the San Diego Public Library.
