Description of Event
Join Us! Our monthly support group invites anyone suffering with Crohn's and/or Colitis, as well as their families, friends and care givers, to a 1 hour private meeting where you may feel comfortable sharing or listening, whatever you prefer. Brief instruction on simple meditation technique is always included. Discussions are based on patients' needs. We create a safe environment to share with people who care. This program is neither sponsored nor endorsed by the San Diego Public Library. The Library is not responsible for the information presented in this program.
