We’re looking for outdoor enthusiasts to assist with a special project to revamp a section of the Children’s Garden. Garden Volunteers are needed to help prepare the garden area by pulling dead flowers and moving rocks.

The Friends of the Library Book Sale is not only a great way to find some great books for low prices, but all of the profits go back to support the North Park Library by paying for programs, materials, and more!

FREE Introductory Classes in Java presented by Tech Academy for Girls!

Just bring your own laptop and charger! No experience needed.

Recommended for girls in grades 4-8, who are interested in computer science.

Come and buy some books from the San Carlos Friends of the Library (SCFOL)!  We have hardbacks, paperbacks, books on CD, children’s books, and more!  Funds help the San Carlos Branch Library purchase books, programs, and equipment. 

Join our knitting circle for a fun and social knitting experience. Bring your knitting and share stories and knitting tips.

The Accordion Club meets at the University Community Branch Library on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month for rehearsal. The public is invited to come and watch as they play!

High school students give free music lessons to children who play the following instruments: saxophone, clarinet, flute, trumpet. Class is currently full for the 2018-2019 school year.
