Qi Gong (Chi Gong) is a simple preventative health method of relaxing and harmonizing the body. These gentle exercises are suitable for any age and health condition. 

This bilingual program is designed for preschool children to experience both English and Spanish in a fun, engaging setting. We will read stories, sing in both languages, dance, and play.

Babies & Books will be morphing into Baby Dance Party featuring members of Dance to Evolve!  We will have songs, toys, and bubbles for your babies to dance, play, and interact! 

Practice your English skills in a friendly, informal setting.  Adults of all skill levels are welcome to join in the conversation!

Certified yoga instructor Miss Aryn combines simple yoga poses, stories and songs in a fun hour that encourages relaxation and gentle bonding.
