As a bridge between Art and Eco activism, Seed Bombs are a form of guerrilla gardening that aims to benefit our ecosystems regardless of rural, suburban or urban settings.

Get your weekend started with stories, songs, fingerplays, and a craft to celebrate early literacy!  

Saturday is story time in Kensington Park. Bring a blanket to sit on and get ready for stories, songs, and bubbles! Recommended for ages 1-5. Older siblings are welcome to join in on the fun!

Travel the world through different art techniques and styles on the second and fourth Saturday of each month, alongside professional artist Mel Clarkston.

Enjoy a multicultural book and related craft focused on themes of diversity and inclusion, geared for kids ages 3-6 and their families.

Join us every Saturday from 10am-noon for Lego and Rokenbok Club! Patrons will be able to build at their own pace.

We will provide a lego square to build on and patrons can continue to build on it week after week.

The City of San Diego and the San Diego Futures Foundation are offering FREE Digital Navigator drop-in services.

For ages 4 to 11.  Make Thanksgiving-related crafts using delicious edible sweets as construction materials!  We’re talking Skittles, cookies, frosting, sprinkles, and more!  Then after you make the crafts, you can devour them!

Don’t miss the chance to see Cynthia McVey’s whimsical collages on display in the Winer Family Community Room! McVey’s unique art style stemmed from her love of stickers and not knowing what to do with them. McVey started making collages in 2022.
