Description of Event
This event is for families with children from ages 5 to 8 years old to come out and enjoy a couple of hours of reading with friends and other members of the community. Along with group readings, we will have small discussions with the children about the piece of literature we just read with one another. The other function of our event is to get the children to interact more with one another in person and not over technical devices. We will have board games, coloring and minor crafting when the number of community attendance begins to rise during future events. This event will only be two hours because of the age range of the children and a comfortable time frame for that age would be from 11am-1p.
