Description of Event
For several years, we held this legal education program at Malcolm X Library. It’s a six week program in which we teach one seminar a week are a legal topic that we believe is relevant to people’s lives. We teach the seminars in practical and understandable ways so the community can better understand and navigate the legal system. Importantly, this is a legal “education,” not legal “advise” program. This is our biggest annual community service project. The goal is to empower pwoer with useful legal information.
