Will cover "Do Not Resuscitate" (DNR), Advance Health Care Directive (AHCD), Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST), hospice, palliative care, the End of Life Option Act, and voluntary stopping eating and drinking (VSED).
