Description of Event
Environmental Justice is the right of all people and communities to live, work, and play in a clean and safe environment. The Environmental Health Coalition fights against environmental racism by mobilizing our Community Action Teams, which are made up of community residents, and by partnering with other organizations in order to advocate for changes in policy.
If you are interested in equality, building healthy communities, or advocating for a clean environment, you can make a difference in your community by joining your local Community Action Team (CAT). Join us for this general information meeting to see how you can get involved.
