Free Digital Literacy Classes presented by the San Diego Futures Foundation and the SD Access 4 All Initiative. Our April series focuses on Excel. Classes are held every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with the following format:
Work on your flexibility, strength building and quiet your mind with functional movement practice. Participate at your own ability. Wear flexible clothing and bring any preferred yoga equipment.
Whether you are learning or have several works in progress, Stitchin' Time is your time to knit, crochet, or sew alongside other friendly crafters.
Participants will work on art projects using Mindfulness- Based Art Therapy methods. Engage in the creative process of art as a way of self-exploration in a mindful way (NIH).
Learn the art of knitting. See how much fun knitting can be. Open to all ages and skill levels. Bring a pair of needles and we'll help get you going; yarn available if needed. See how much fun and gratifying knitting can be!

Our Crochet-Along meets every first and third Tuesday of the month starting January 2024. A crochet-along is when a group of crocheters all work on the same project at the same time.
