Gentle Yoga
Learn basic yoga poses and relaxation techniques. This class is suitable for seniors, expectant mothers, persons with disabilities and people of all ages.
Parents learn the fundamentals of positive parenting from professors at SDCC. (Students register through the SDCC district for the class.) Families with children are welcome.
Preschool Storytime
Children are invited to a fun storytime with books, singing, and puppets. The first storytime of the month is usually bilingual (Spanish/English).
Join Mr. Luan as he takes you on an energetic and humorous storytime ride! Songs will be sung, character voices will be many! In this program, the stories really do come to life! Oh, yeah: we do a little dancing too!
