The Children’s class includes fun poses for parents and kids, yoga story time and a bit of singing. Watch as your child transforms his or herself into a cat, a monkey, a dog, a lion and much more! Class is geared toward children ages 3
A full half hour of children’s music! Mr. Mark plays the guitar and leads the singing with new and traditional children’s songs. We supply the maracas and the lyrics. It is great fun, come join us!
Classes are free. Enroll anytime in class. Wear appropriate clothing and shoes for physical activity. Weights and mats will be needed. The class helps improve balance, strength, stamina and flexibility.
