Children are invited to a fun storytime with books, singing, and puppets. The first storytime of the month is usually bilingual (Spanish/English).

The Southern Caregiver Resource Center will set up a table outside the library to provide resources to family caregivers who care for a loved one with memory loss, Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Certified yoga instructor Miss Aryn combines simple yoga poses, stories and songs in a fun hour that encourages relaxation and gentle bonding.
Please bring your own towel or yoga mat.

Drawing, painting, crafting, creating...whatever the project, we'll be having fun expressing ourselves and inventing new creations! For preK - 6 graders. Some project have small pieces so parental supervision is recommended!

Chess Club
All levels of Chess experience are welcome - beginners to advanced.

Using simple circuit elements like LEDs, wires and a battery, the students will make a wearable flashlight glove. All materials will be provided and the students will take home a complete working project!

Friday Crafts
Explore a new craft each week!
All ages welcome; younger children may need assistance from an adult.
In this easy (but stellar!) FREE art class, young artists will create Galaxy Art paintings inspired by the cosmos. All supplies and step-by-step instructions will be provided. Final art will look similar to the image above.
Learn basic coding in Java and Python.
Students must bring their own Windows or Mac laptop.
Ages 10 years through 12th grade are welcome.
Paws to Read
Children are invited to read to certified therapy dogs to build reading confidence.
