An inclusive story time for ages 3-5 years, of all abilities, especially those with special needs.  Enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and free play in a small group setting.  2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesdays, 10:30- 11:00 a.m.

Listen to simple books, do lap rhymes, finger rhymes and sing songs. Then play with fun educational toys while your grownups chat. For babies and toddlers and their caregivers.

Designed for children ages 1-5, this program consists of songs and movement activities that reinforce early learning, build motor skills, and encourage independence.  We’ll sing, wiggle, shake, and move along to a full playlist of music.

 Instructors are from Silver Age Yoga.  Every class utilizes chairs but please bring your  own exercise mat if desired.  No reservations required.

This class provides an overview of the types of Senior Living facilities available in San Diego and what each has to offer.

If you have a love for writing and would like to develop your skills, this workshop is an excellent place for you. You will write short stories and poetry, share your work with others, and discover other's work.
