Learn leg strengthening exercises to help your balance & posture. Chairs are also available for seated exercises.
Have a fun, varied workout using a mixture of light aerobics including dance steps, chair aerobics, toning with weights and bands, standing leg exercises, balance work, and cool-down stretches.
Summer should be fun, carefree, and exciting for all kids. But for too many San Diego children, the end of the school year can sadly also mean hunger.
