Instructors are from Silver Age Yoga.  Every class utilizes chairs but please bring your  own exercise mat if desired.  No reservations required.

Free 9 week computer proramming workshop in partnership with UCSD Extension. Participants will learn web design, iOS Development, and Android Development. 

A large number of creatures call the ocean home, and many of them are mammals. In this workshop, students will explore the characteristics of marine mammals, especially the dolphins, whales and seals found off the California coast.

Come and learn core concepts to the path of personal happiness.  Exercises and topic discussion techniques will be explored as you learn to separate negative and positive traits from your life and journey into personal growth goals.

Paws for Reading is a program that allows children (K - 4th grade) to read aloud to a therapy dog in order to improve reading and communication skills.
