Monta Briant is an accomplished author of the Baby Sign Language Basics series. She performs her Baby Sign Language Story time on the third Thursday of every month and weekly during the summer months here at the Point Loma Library.

Signing Story Time with Jennifer Duncan uses the excitement and fun of sign language to enhance the reading experience.  Also includes sing-a-long and bubble time!

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. The chair helps eliminate strain on your joints while increasing stability & balance.
