Chair Yoga promotes circulation, peace, and relaxation. Please wear comfy clothes.

Babies & Books will be morphing into Baby Dance Party featuring members of Dance to Evolve!
We will have songs, parachutes, toys, and bubbles for your babies to dance, play, and interact!
Children will have the opportunity to play with toys & books in an unstructured setting all while listening to music. We'll sing a few songs, and of course bubbles are included!
