Teatro San Diego Classes - Introduction to Theatre Dance (Ages 5-11)
A fun introduction to theatre movement for young dancers. This class will focus on the most common musical theatre dance steps as well as the importance of story-telling.

Teatro San Diego Classes - Youth Theatre Dance (Ages 12-17)
Focus on basic technical elements of theatre dance. You will start class with a warm-up, followed by exercises from various somatic practices including Pilates, ballet, Alexander technique, modern dance techniques and classical jazz.
Lego Playtime
Kids can enjoy being creative by building with LEGO blocks and DUPLO bricks. It's a great opportunity for exploring with new ideas, as well as sharing concepts and strategies with other attendees.
Theatre dance focuses on storytelling through movement. In this 75-minute class, students will build stregth and awareness through a physical warm-up and then learn a dance combination to unlock creativity and intention within choreography.
