Teatro San Diego Classes - Youth Theatre Dance (Ages 12-17)
Focus on basic technical elements of theatre dance. You will start class with a warm-up, followed by exercises from various somatic practices including Pilates, ballet, Alexander technique, modern dance techniques and classical jazz.
