Join us as members of the Community Emergency Response Team gives a presentation on being Disaster Ready. We will learn about local and state notification systems and tips on how to be prepared for a disaster.
Mind and Body Fitness is done mostly standing or in a chair. No mats required.
Space is limited to 25 people per class.

Recommended for toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary-school age kids, this simple dance program will feature "The Wheels on the Bus," "Baby Shark," and more. Families, it’s time to get your groove on!
It is how it sounds: Show & Tell! Every child has the opportunity to share something in the course of the program! If your child isn't much of a speaker yet, no worries! He can show everyone
