In this Japanese tradition, a professional storyteller reveals a series of illustrations contained in a storybox as the narrative unfolds. Before TV & comic books existed in Japan, there was Kamishibai (kami = paper; shibai = theatre).&n
Teen Book Club is for grade 7 and up and meets on the 4th Monday of each month (in December and May, we'll meet on the 3rd Monday) from 5-6pm. Read the monthly book and join a lively discussion.
Put on your favorite PJs and join Ms. Carrie in the Community Room Monday evenings for a pajama storytime.
Pajamas are encouraged, but not required. No sign up required.
