Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance (Tai Ji Quan) has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls. People of all ability levels are welcome. This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position. 
Recommended for toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary-school age kids, this simple dance program will feature popular songs. Families, it’s time to get your groove on!
Every Monday, join us for a friendly game of bridge. All adults are invited to participate using Party Bridge rules. Beginners welcome! Instructions will be provided.
