Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.

Join Lois on your journey to health and wellness. This class consist of sitting and standing exercises designed to alleviate pain in joints, increase strength and flexibility and improve balance. Weights and bands are used.  

Join us for Little Sound Minds, a joyful toddler music and wellness workshop for ages 1–4 and their caregivers!

Wild Wonders will bring real wild animals to the library. This event is aimed especially at adults with special needs, but    everyone is welcome to attend. NO registration is necessary. All are welcome.

Mindful meditation helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment. It teaches us how to be unconditionally present, no matter what it is.

Disasters can happen at any time and it can be confusing to know what to take with you when you only have moments to decide.  Learn how to build a personalized Go-Bag to help you and your family prepare for and recover from disaster.

There's always fun to be had with piñatas! Join us to learn how piñatas are constructed, the different materials they're made of, and how it all affects the science of force. Participants will have the opportunity to make their own piñatas.

Science Club is for 3rd through 6th graders who are interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics). Each week kids engage in a new and fun hands-on/minds-on activity exploring a wide range of subjects.
