Journal Jam at the Library is every second Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm! 

Aryn Rannazzisi leads a gentle paced class combining breath work and postures (asanas) to promote strength, flexibility and balance. This all-level class will include inversions, back bends and sun salutations.
