Join in as we read, sing, dance, and play at Preschool Storytime! Come and build essential early literacy skills and foster a love of reading. Designed for children ages 3-5.

This is a social group where you can practice your fiber craft in good company, showing off your latest projects, getting support, and make friends. All levels are welcome.

We invite you to join our Baby Dance Party, singing and dancing along with Ms. Andrea from Dance to Evolve! 

We will have songs, movement and tons of fun for your babies to dance, play, and interact! 

A 45-minute Storytime for young children including books and music with the addition of American Sign Language signs with Jennifer Duncan from Signs at Play.

Stay and Play is a play group and storytime for kids age 0-5 and their adults. We especially invite nontraditional caregivers (friends, family members, and neighbors) who care for children in an informal way.

The Daytime Book Club meets monthly to discuss the selected title - interesting and fun conversations ensue!

Bring your current project to work on, or if new to the hobbies, we'll help you get going!

A class combining elements of yoga and QiGoing with seated and standing exercises, designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and reduce stress.

All young children and their caregivers are welcome to join us for stories, songs and play. Held outdoors on the grass, bring a blanket or chair.  No Registration required. We hope to see you there

Southern California Ballet is partnering with the Rancho Bernardo Branch Library for “Dancing Through the Pages,” a program that allows children to explore movement and dance through storytelling!

Are you interested in learning Computer Aided Design (CAD)? Register to attend this introduction to CAD! Presented by your local FTC Team, RoboRavens, this program will cover the basics of CAD using Onshape. 

STEAM Explorers Club is for 3rd through 6th graders who are interested in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics). Each week kids engage in a new and fun hands-on/minds-on activity exploring a wide range of subjects.

Join us every Thursday and Friday from 4:00pm - 5:30pm for Chess in the 1st floor main lobby. Downtown Chess meets in the 1st floor main lobby of the San Diego Central Library.
