Give the gift that keeps on giving! Donate blood when the San Diego Blood Bank's Blood Mobile comes to visit. When you donate blood you are making a difference in someone's life.
Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.
